Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Modular Steel Building?
A Modular Building is a steel framed prefabricated building that is manufactured at our factory and transported fully finished to the site. It is then lifted onto a concrete base using a lorry with mobile crane. This is why it is called Modular. Where a crane cannot be accommodated we can manufacture our buildings in Flatpack Form where panels are bolted together on site with minimal fuss.

Can I have different finishes?
Almost any finish can be put on the external surface of the Building. This means that the Building can be matched to look almost identical to your house. It will look like a traditional built building. You can view the different types of finishes here.

Where do you deliver to?
